Mount McKinley A peak, 6,197m (20,320 ft) high, in the Alaska Range of south-central Alaska. The highest point in North America, it was first scaled in 1913.

Denali National Park In central Alaska, established as Mount McKinley Park in 1917, redesigned in 1980.Numerous active glaciers continue to shape a landscape of broad, valleys. The parks plentiful wild life includes caribou, moose, brown bear, timber wolf, and the Dall sheep. Area, 24,281 sq,km (9,375 sq,mi.)

Alaska A state of the United States in the extreme northwest North America, separated from the other mainland states by British Colombia, Canada It was admitted as the 49th state in 1959 and is the largest state of the Union. Juneau is the capital and Anchorage the largest city. Population 551,940+.
